How does payment via medical aid work?
I will claim from your medical aid after sessions, depending on the length of our session. If you are unsure if your medical aid will pay, please enquire before our session. If they do pay, I will not charge more than their rate. Therefore, there will not be any co-payments.
I don't have medical aid, will I still be able to book?
Yes, I have a cash rate available. Please reach out for more information.
How long will our sessions be?
Sessions are usually booked for 50 - 60 minutes. They can occasionally be shorter or longer, depending on your needs at the time.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on your needs. The range can be anything from 3 sessions (short-term) to 15 sessions or more (long-term).
Do you see couples?
No, I do not offer couples counselling.
Do you see children and adolescents?
No, I currently only offer counselling services to adults (ages 18 and older).
